Please be mindful that I require one week's notice for all orders. NZ overnight delivery is a target however not always guaranteed, so it may take an extra working day. Because of this reason shipping is only available on Wednesday and Thursday, so you would have to make sure you write in the order notes the date you would like these for. Shipping is available for all products. Please refer to T&C's/policy documents for further information.
You will be made aware of the address to collect your order from once your order is confirmed. Please come anytime between 3.30-5.30pm unless of course you require your order at an earlier/later time – This can be arranged. Please add your contact number to the order notes so I'm able to contact you on the day of pickup.
There will be set times as to when local delivery takes place (4-5.30pm). Please ensure your details are correct. Add your phone number to the order notes so I'm able to contact you on the day of delivery. If you require local delivery at a more specific time, please make this clear in your order notes and I can make sure this happens. I will knock on your door and place your order on the ground unless given necessary instructions on where to place it.
Delivery is available within the South Island. Please ensure your details are correct. Add your phone number to the order notes in the instance where the courier may need to contact you. Note that we do not ship to rural or PO boxes. Overnight & next day delivery is a target, but not always guaranteed & may be an extra day. If delivery was unsuccessful, a delivery card will be left.
