Terms & Conditions/Policies
‍By placing an order and making payment you are confirming you agree to the following terms & conditions/policies. These are subject to change at any given time by The Moreish Bakehouse. Note, all prices are in New Zealand Dollars, and we reserve the right to alter prices at any time. You are responsible for ensuring that your order and contact details are correct. Purchases made from The Moreish Bakehouse may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods and services for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us for resupply (in trade or otherwise). If you chose to purchase goods on behalf of another entity, you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity. The Moreish Bakehouse bakes every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday only. Other days are spent doing admin/prepping for the week ahead.

‍Payment Policy
‍We do not accept cash payments - therefore payment must be made in full after placing your order via the website or if you have been issued an invoice, payment must be paid in full by the due date. We reserve the right to cancel your order if payment has not been made on the time specified in your invoice. The Moreish Bakehouse is not GST registered therefore no GST receipts can be issued.

‍Local Delivery (Within Invercargill)
‍There will be set times as to when local delivery takes place (4-5.30pm). If you require local delivery at a more specific time, please make this clear in your order notes and I can make sure this happens. I will knock on your door and place your order on the ground unless given necessary instructions on where to place it.

‍Contactless Pick Up (Invercargill)
‍You will be made aware of the address to collect your order from once your order is confirmed. Please come anytime between 3-5.30pm unless of course you require your order at an earlier/later time – This can be arranged.

‍Refund/Cancellation Policy
‍We understand that life happens, and sometimes things change. If you wish to cancel your order, we require this in writing via email: themoreishbakehouse@gmail.com.
Orders can be cancelled 5 days prior to the collection or delivery date with a full refund. Any orders cancelled within 5 days of your agreed collection/delivery date, The Moreish Bakehouse will retain the full amount. The reason behind this policy is because we must order ingredients or create part of your product in advance, in addition to labour that’s has already been expended in the preparation of any order. Therefore, if you cancel, your order has taken up production time that could have otherwise been given to another customer. All other issues will be dealt with at the discretion of The Moreish Bakehouse. We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions/policies at any time.

‍Shipping
‍NZ nationwide shipping is available on overnight or same day delivery depending on your exact location.
Customers accept full responsibility for their order once it has been collected or delivered. We cannot give refunds if there is a mishap during transit once your order has left our premises/has been handed over to the courier. Please ensure a correct residential or business address is given in your order as we DO NOT ship to rural or PO Box addresses. We are unable to give refunds where the delivery company has been unable to facilitate a re-delivery due to lack of communication. The customer accepts that once your order has been dispatched, we are no longer liable for any loss or damage of any item whilst it’s in transit. We will ensure your order leaves our premises with sufficient packaging. Please give any necessary instructions on where to leave your parcel in the case you are not home to ensure it’s not placed in an area where it may be prone to melting due to direct sunlight or water damage from rain. A card to collect, will be left if the courier has been unsuccessful. Deliveries can be made to Inter-district areas of Invercargill such as: Gore, Mataura, Edendale, or Winton on the same day (however it is not guaranteed). All other areas around the South Island and North Island will be sent on overnight shipping. While overnight/next day delivery is a target, it is not guaranteed and may take an extra working day. Any issues will be dealt with on a case by case basis with NZ Couriers.

These Terms and Conditions / Polices are valid from April 2022 and are subject to change at any given time.
